COVID 19 Statement

We know these are unsettling times and we want to reassure you that in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we are fully briefed and closely monitoring the situation around the world – and that the safety and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our highest priority.

With that in mind, it has unfortunately been necessary for us to close our contact centres at a time when, as we are sure you will appreciate, we are dealing with an unprecedented number of enquiries. Under the circumstances therefore we are reaching out to our customers to ask that you please only contact us when it is absolutely essential. This will keep our phone lines open so that we can deal with all customers proactively, understandably prioritising such activity in departure date order. If therefore your holiday has been impacted by the dates of the current travel embargo, we will be in touch with you in due course (if you have not heard from us already).

For bookings beyond the date of the current travel embargos, holidays are, until such advice changes, operating as booked and therefore the standard terms of conditions of your supplier for said booking will apply should you wish to amend or cancel your reservation. You will therefore unfortunately incur cancellation charges or lose your deposit if you make a hasty decision, so the guidance from ABTA is to be patient, as the situation is changing rapidly.

If you have an outstanding balance on your holiday that is due to be paid during these times then, as mentioned above, normal terms and conditions apply for this and we are asking that payments only be made by bank transfer or via our online tool; we are no longer able to process standard balance payments by telephone. Again this is to ensure that our telephone resources are available for those customers whose imminent travel plans have been disrupted.
